Diago
Breed: Grade
Sex: Gelding
Age: 25
Height: 15hh
Color: Black
Adoption Fee: $350
Diago is one of those once-in-a-lifetime horses whose sweetness leaves a lasting impression. At 25 years old, this stunning black gelding still turns heads with his shiny coat, wavy mane, and the most adorable little ears you’ve ever seen. But it’s his gentle, puppy-dog personality that truly sets him apart.
Diago is wonderfully well-mannered — he leads quietly, ties and cross-ties, stands like a pro for grooming and baths, and is always polite for the vet and farrier. He absolutely loves people and thrives on connection and companionship. Diago can be stalled or live outside 24/7, and does best in a herd of geldings.
Due to an old back injury, Diago is not suitable for riding, but he is pasture sound and comfortable with anti-inflamatory support. He would make an ideal companion horse, both for humans and herd mates. He fits in well with others and has become a steady, calming presence in the pasture — even stepping up as a role model and mentor for some of our younger horses.
Whether you’re looking for a best friend to love on, a calming influence in your herd, or a sweet soul to share quiet moments with, Diago is ready to bring heart, beauty, and kindness to his forever home.
Doc
Breed: Gaited Grade, Tennessee Walker Type
Sex: Gelding
Age: 22
Height: 15 hh
Adoption Fee: $350
10/14/25
Doc is a striking gaited gelding who we suspect is a Tennessee walker. He has a kind heart and loves one on one attention- and is kind and cuddly. When comfortable he leads well, stands for grooming, fly spray, fly sheets etc & baths.
Doc is being offered as a non- riding companion, he reportedly has a history of being ridden, but upon evaluation, proved companion is his best role
Doc is a very good friend and bonds strongly with his pasture mates, he can be stressed when separated
He’s *not* suitable for turnout with mares (poor guy thinks he's a ladies man and that's all he can think about) he’ll do best with a herd of geldings, and can be stalled or live outside 24/7
Dolly-Sue
Breed: American Paint Horse
Sex: Mare
Age: 13
Height: 14.0hh
Color: Chestnut Paint
Suitable for: Non Riding Companion
Experienced Handler/Trainer
Adoption Fee: $350
10/1/25
Painted to Perfection — and Perfectly Happy to Stay in the Pasture
Meet Dolly-Sue, a 13-year-old, 14 hh pony paint mare who’s absolutely gorgeous and knows it… but don’t expect her to do much more than look fabulous while standing in a field. If your dream horse is one you never have to take out of the pasture, congratulations — your search is over.
Dolly-Sue is a social butterfly who loves attention, scratches, and hanging out with her herd (and yes, she’s even lived with cows — she’s very open-minded ). She’ll greet you at the gate, pose for photos, and soak up all the love... as long as things stay calm.
Here’s the deal: Dolly-Sue is a great pasture companion, not a project or performance horse. She can bolt in stressful situations — and not like, a dainty “oopsie” trot-off… more like, “new personal best in the 100m dash.” So she’s not a match for kids, beginners, or showing.
But if you want a sweet, funny, and drama-free mare who’ll keep the whole herd happy and charm every human she meets, Dolly-Sue is your girl. She gets along with everyone — horses, cows, people, she’s even good for farrier & vet and she’ll happily supervise pasture life like the pretty little queen she is.
Due to her persistent ability to exit the situation, along with some soundness issues under saddle, she is being adopted as companion only
Interested in adding this stylish supervisor to your squad? Fill out the adoption form in the comments and bring Dolly-Sue home

Adoption Fee: $350
Update 10/15/25
Are you someone who enjoys having beautiful horses in your pasture but might want to hop on every once and while to go for leisurely stroll? Occasionally need an extra horse for a friend to ride?
Jalapenos your guy!
Strikingly handsome, able to be a pastured with mares or geldings, and with all ages. He has all good equine skills you could ask for from good in hand manners to bathing and fly sprays and is nice to your vet & farrier.
Speaking of farrier, he has navicular and will always needs shoes (hes in regular shoes though the pictures show he previously had glue ons) & daily equioxx to be comfortable.
Jalepeno was a race horse (we assume he wasn't a fast one!) and racing took its toll on his body- along with shoes, he needs a daily nsaid to be comfortable (all xrays available to adopters)
He does need a knowledgeable owner on the ground as he can be mouthy (want him to carry his own lead line on walks?)
We are offering Jalepeno as a *great* companion horse, who is serviceably sound for an occasional walk trail or ring ride- whiles he's calm & brave under saddle, and we can put anyone on him- his soundness just cant be maintained when being ridden regularly.
He's interactive and enjoys attention, and while he does require Maintenace, he's absolutely worth it!
