• Hay. We always need good, clean, grassy hay and will accept donations from the current season only.
• Shavings, bagged or bulk.
• Rubber mats - 4x6 or 5x7. Used in good condition okay.
• Whole Farm Generator
• Fence Boards and fence posts for future pastures
• Portable Stalls 12x12
• Winter blankets and water proof sheets - all sizes from mini on up. New or if used, clean and repaired and ready to use.
• Tack in good condition - clean and repaired and ready to go.
• NEW Leadlines - Nylon or rope with and without stud chains.
• NEW Halters - Nylon in any light color, any size from mini on up. Must have snap at throat.
• Postage Stamps
• We use the following supplements: Fastrack, Yucca (100% Desert Pure), Red Cell, Calf Manna, Athlete, Equine Senior, Horse Chow, Alfalfa/Timothy Hay Cubes. We will accept donations of unopened bags. We do not accept donations of Sweet Feed or Oats as they may not match the mixes or types we wish to use consistently.
• Apple Sauce and/or Apple Juice, Molassas - Unsweetened or sugarless. To flavor the "mush" for the toothless horses or finicky eaters.
• Foster Homes and Big Hearts. We urgently need homes to place some of the horses on our waiting lists. Some of these may be adoptable. Those that are not need the same love and care any other horse does except they are not usable as riding horses. If you have room at your home or in your heart to keep particularly a special needs horse and you are not too far from Howell, please call.
• MONEY! We always have bills to pay and many other places to use funds.
